These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. Nobo Code and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
Any legal action of whatever nature brought by either you or us shall be commenced or prosecuted in the courts located in Kolkata, West Bengal, India, and the parties hereby consent to, and waive all defenses of lack of personal jurisdiction and forum non conveniens with respect to venue and jurisdiction in such courts.
These Terms of Service shall remain in full force and effect while you use the Site. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms of Service.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
